I'm Dr. Nishtha Wadhwa, a Psychologist and Psychotherapist with a medical background in mental health. My training spans medicine, therapy, and clinical psychology — giving me a holistic view of mental health that bridges both the biological and emotional.

I use evidence-based approaches — CBT, DBT, and ACT — always adapting to what genuinely helps you. My goal is not just symptom relief, but lasting change and deeper self-understanding. All sessions are online, so you can access support from anywhere in India.
